Your satisfaction is our priority. Since we sell factory-sealed tech, we offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for any technical manufacturing defects.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be a technical fault (e.g., one earbud not charging).

  • Physical damage or water damage is not covered.

How to Claim: Simply record a short video of the issue and send it to our WhatsApp support. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
