30-Day Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Electronics

New/Unopened: Full refund if returned in factory-sealed condition.

Opened/Used: 15%–25% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.

Defective/DOA: Contact us immediately. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label and waive any restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads or gifted software licenses

Personal use items (e.g., in-ear headphones, opened screen protectors)

Final sale or clearance items

How to Return

Email support@axentrix.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your package. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
