Shipping Policy – Axentrix LLC


Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships, along with a tracking number. Larger electronics or custom orders may take longer.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping: Orders over 50$ qualify for free standard shipping.


In-Store Pickup

We currently do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped from our warehouse partners.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. It usually becomes active within 24 hours.


Damages & Lost Packages

We’re not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim and keep all packaging.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 5 days for help.
